Terms of order, payment and delivery

Each meal includes :

• Crudités or ciabatta bread with butter
• One of 5 hot meals available
• One of 5 healthy beverages
• One of two dessert options

• The monthly menu is published approximately 10 working days before the end of the month.
• Orders can be placed up to 5 working days before the end of the current month.

• Daily meal delivery to schools.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances (storm, breakdown, closure), a credit will be applied to the next order.

• When the school administration makes a change to the school calendar or on a school-organized outing, parents are responsible for canceling or rescheduling meals.
• Cancellations possible before 8am, automatic credit to your account.
• No credit will be issued if the meal has been delivered and not consumed.

Le Buffet de l'As reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of an error or inaccuracy on the site. In the event of cancellation, a credit will be applied to the customer's account.

Parents must declare any allergies when creating their profile, as soon as they place their first order. We take great care to avoid allergenic products in our dishes, but the final responsibility lies with the parents.

The use of your username and password is your responsibility. The site is reserved for users aged 18 and over.

Your personal data (name, e-mail, telephone number, address) are used solely to manage your orders. We ensure their confidentiality and security via a secure online payment system.
